Well, I wrecked my bike this morning riding home from work. I was going across this arched wooden bridge and then back on asphalt and a lean right to get around the corner. It all happened so fast...and from what I can gather, my front tire caught a patch of mud. I went from 100 percent traction to 2 percent. Not good for my body! What a spill! Christian has already played momma...asking if i was wearing my helmet. God bless my nelly queen momma from dc :) NO I WASNT wearing my helmet btw. My head is fucked up...but not from the wreck ;) My elbow hurts, bad! I had to scrub the dirt and rocks out of my wounds. here is my poor right elbow and knee:
